Jim has more than 25 years experience in training and assessment to national competency standards. Previous employment and interests have included civil construction and power engineering, hazardous areas and sites, risk and liability management, explosives and armament logistics, defence contracting and training, and construction project management.
He is a passionate advocate of LLN based training and has strong communication skills, honed through many years dealing with all tiers of management and operations.
